Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Group Finance Manager is expected to have interpersonal presence to function as strategic consultant to the top management, playing a critical leadership role for all operations within the Europe. (5 production plants and other sales entities)

• Overall responsibility for management of accounting & tax activities in for all legal entities, providing methodological guidance and compliance with local and international guidance
• Develop and document business processes, accounting and tax policies to maintain and strengthen the internal finance area
• The Group Finance Manager will be expected to bring new ideas, process and environment improvements in short time frame
• Prove strong leadership and achieve employee engagement improvements
• Act as overall audit coordinator for all audit work performed by external auditors, ensure good relations with tax and legal advisors
• Establish flexible and effective internal control procedures
• Support and manage month-end and year-end close process

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Proved working experience as Accounting Manager in international company
• Previous experience in production company is an advantage but not a must
• Experience in implementing new processes, projects, ability to persuade others
• Previous experience with team management and leading is a must
• Team Player with positive attitude and communication skills on high level
• Very good knowledge of accounting & tax legislation, IFRS
• Business & Financial thinking
• Analytical thinking, responsible, good in timing, precise and independent
• Fluent level of English
