- Diagnose and troubleshoot application problems
- Compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports
- Database exports
- Data quality management
- Data maintainance
- Dispatching of support tickets
- Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities
- Assist with software tests and the compilation of user documentation
- Close collaboration with Key User, Product management and Software Development teams
