Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your daily tasks will include:
- Invoicing the customer (commercial and shipping invoices)
- Contract follow up : understand the duties and implement the contractual obligations linked to the position
- Bank guarantees : Prepare, submit and manage customer bank guarantees up to final release
- Credit management : securing payments dealing with credit insurance and letters of credit in collaboration with banks and brokers
- Review and highlight the financial risks and administrative obligations as per the contract.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience in Contract Administration, international trade and/or finance
  • Experience in Customer Project & Services environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Dynamic and proactive personality
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • The position requires regular business trips
