Our client, a world leader in communications, media and entertainment, is looking for customer care representatives to join their Slovak team. Enjoy working in international enviroment and supportive team? Do you have a strong verbal communication skills? We are looking for you!

Your daily tasks will include also:
• Helping international customers with their requests
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Building relationships with your customers
• Using your knowledge about the company products to solve every problem
(You will get a great AWARD-WINNING TRAINING)
• Working 8-hours shift schedule from 13.00 to 1.00 (from Mon to Fri)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English is the must
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge o f communication technology (e.g. media, internet, telephony)
• Previous experience in a customer support role is advantage
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
