Quality Engineer / Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new greenfield Company G-TEKT, s.r.o. in Industrial Park Sever, Nitra. G-TEKT Slovakia, s.r.o. is a specialized manufacturer of auto body components and transmission parts. The company has been a major player in the automotive industry and its customers include JLR, BMW, Suzuki, Nissan, Toyota, Honda. Main responsibilities:

- Manage and support of quality associates
- To work with new model and production support teams
- Providing Quality support to production activities and the projects from PPAP to SPC Analysis, FMEA, budget control, coordination of master samples
- Liasing directly with customers (globally), preparing and delivering reports
- Managing the control and cut off defective product
- To prepare action plans with other members of team
- To investigate route cause of customer concers internally
- Control of the Quality System, Procedure writing and control, Document control
- Coordinate CI projects, cost down and Kaizen activities

- Employment Contract for indefinite period
- 13th salary
- Bonus (0-15% of the base salary)
