Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Process Engineer for new Production Plant in Levice. This person will be responsible for increasing production stability, improving production processes and optimizing equipment performance. Analyze key process trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Main responsibilities:
• To lead analysis on machine preventive and breakdown failure.
• Lead reduction programs for internal plant scrap and cycle times.
• Support and in some cases lead improvement activities.
• Monitor equipment utilization, efficiency and quality.
• Improve and reduce energy consumption.
• Understand current machine standards and processes plant wide.
• Knowledge of modern assembly techniques.
• To ensure new equipment or tooling conforms to the relevant Health & Safety regulations.
• Development and issue of control plans for new models.
• To support cost reduction targets both overall and those targets that may be specific to the Production department.

- 2 years experiences as Process Engineer
