Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

Job Purpose:
• Manages rollouts of complex projects from conception successfully through to completion - effectively managing a global team of IT experts and technical resources, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
• Brings subject matter expertise in multiple business and/or technology domains to solve business problems or needs


Main Accountabilities/Measured On:
• Engage with Country and Global stakeholders to align the overall HR Transformation Program and Country roll-out plans
• Responsible for the successful deployment of the HR Transformation Program in the countries and BUs
• Drives activities related to deployment and ensures HR Transformation is rolled-out in an effective & timely manner
• Manages SWAT activities across the countries and manages the interface to the global HR Transformation team
• Identifies critical path dependencies between SWAT teams, local HR/IT teams and global HR Transformation team
• Identifies, manages and escalates risks and issues impacting project scope, timeline and budget
• Roll-out of solutions according to agreed scope, time and budget
• Overall planning coordination and respect across SWAT Teams and Global HR Transformation Teams
• Issues and risk management and mitigation planning
• Customer satisfaction of roll-out delivered to the business
• Ensure that SWAT team delivery is within time, quality and budget
• Manage the overall rollout project plan and milestones; build in critical path dependencies and track them from the Core teams and between the SWAT teams
• Ensure HR Transformation is successfully integrated in the local environment: local configurations are done, specific requirements are development and integrated, local interfaces set up
• Manage, track and escalate key issues and risks to program management
• Work with the HR Transformation Release Manager to ensure successful releases of future upgrades of HR Transformation
• Share best practices with other SWAT Leads, Delivery Leads and Roll-Out managers
• Conduct timely performance reviews and set objectives to cultivate a culture of high performance
• Ensure that the team develops requisite level of functional and technical knowledge to effectively manage relations with customers
• Use continuous improvement processes based to drive service improvements
• Manage and report on budget and expenses

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Professional & Leadership Experience:
• 8+ years of working experience, 4 – 6 of those years with project management experience in a large global IT organization or consultancy
• Proven track record of successfully delivering transformational projects in complex organizations
• Good understanding and knowledge of general IT technology, systems and management processes
• Design and implementation of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
• Good understanding of business processes and objectives, with subject matter expertise in at least one or more domains
• Capability to lead global virtual teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels including up to C-Level
• Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies
• Hands-on experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills essential

Education & Training
• University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall

Minimum Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Region and internationally (up to 50% of the time)
• Excellent command of English written and spoken
• Any additional language is an advantage
