Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ensure support to Key Account Manager and coordinate the implementation of internal and external promo activities
• Ensure administration of change of customers´ logistic data and listing of new products
• Support the provision of calculation for customers´ rabats and bonuses
• Provide required reports on regular basis or per demand using internal Promotool
• Ensure the evidence of approved promo invoices and further processing of issuing promo invoices
• Provide the supporting material for internal meetings
