Job Purpose :
This role sits within Global Sales Operations team and has been created to develop and deliver efficient sales operations infrastructure. The job holder will be essential for successful implementation of our multi-brand corporate and agency products, as well as tactical offers to drive revenue across our managed customers. The job holder will find solutions for our managed customers and will be expected to proactively explore and deliver improvements to our selling processes to drive speed to market and productivity across our global sales.
Principal Accountabilities (top 6)
• Accountable for proactively handling and completing required tasks/requests within agreed SLAs and quality
• Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise effectively, based on account value and urgency of situation
• Work collaboratively with Manager and peers to adopt more efficient and effective ways of working and provide solution orientated guidance on BA and joint business partners’ requests enabling Account Managers to maximise time with accounts to drive revenue opportunities
• Ability to make fact-based decisions that are in line with business goals and focus on finding solutions that deliver the best result
• Timely, clear and comprehensive communication, both verbally and written
• Manage and own requests/enquiries by coordinating with other departments and proactively follow up outstanding issues with Customer Relations, Executive Club, Refunds, Revenue Management etc

Experience (On the job)
• Good level of knowledge of British Airways selling and internal processes / not essential
• Decision making skills
• Working with Iberia and other airlines desirable but not essential
• Working with corporate/agency contracts desirable but not essential
Expertise (Specialist knowledge)
• Working knowledge of BA’s systems (Outlook, Excel)
• Basic understanding of technical fare filing
• Corporate/Agency contracting knowledge desirable but not essential
Qualifications (Essential or desirable)
• A valid passport with unrestricted right to travel
If you have:
