Plan resources
Select, lead, inform, motivate and promote subordinate employees
Report related to professional and project subjects
Communication with customers/Technical support within selection of suppliers and make-or-buy-decisions (ensure the cost-profit-relationship)
Lead and support of contractors and external suppliers
Competent advice for internal and external customers
Technical support for acquisitions
Draw up of Engineering Budget (PD2) and Engineering Profit Plan
Plan engineering costs for product modifications caused by customer requirements
Is responsible for projects in the technical, timing and budget areas.
Plan of cost centers for projects
Realize (define, develop, promote) the CPP for the respective area
Expert for VA/VE, Design Verification, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly and PLUS
Select, lead, inform, motivate and promote subordinate employees
