As a Head of Application Operations, you will be responsible for steering the specific company services across and outside of the organization.
Your role will also include:
- Delivering solutions to clients according to agreed conditions
- Coordinating and controlling delivery of services/solutions
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients to secure the company-client relationship
- Providing quality leadership to Application Operations team members
