Project Manager / Temporary Staffing and Recruitment

We are looking for a key person for our important client with operations in Trnava and Sereď. We are looking for a Project Leader with previous experience in a similar position, someone who has experience with project management in the field of Temporary Staffing and someone who wants to further develop career in the international environment.

Scope of work:

- Responsibility for project management in the field of Temporary Help and Direct Hires
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties / suppliers for the flawless implementation of the project
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within the budget
- Prepare and manage the P & L forecast
- Developing the scope and objectives of the project with the participation of all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Creating business opportunities for TH and DS
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measuring the performance of project with appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Management of the relationship with the client
- Regular daily meetings with client/ regular daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Actively communication with the client's representative regarding setting compliance with legislative requirements
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain relationships with third parties / suppliers
- Coordinate project team, manage and motivate team members
- Measure the performance of the team
