• Checking, executing, solving and creating tickets, dealing with change management and problem tickets
• Planing, controling and being responsible for completing application-based requests
• Responsibility for incident, problem, change, escalation management and operational documentation
• Accountable for service asset, configuration management; technical, maintaining and operational concepts
• Support and consulting with Service Delivery Management team
