Manufacturing engineer

We are looking for the position of manufacturing engineer for american company producing safety belts of children car seats.

The main responsibilities:

Production processes set up and ensure to be stable
Improvement of production processes
Improvement of work stations ergonomics
Increasing efficiency
Reducing the risk to produce nonconforming product
Define the necessary properties of devices - full proof
Communicate with potential suppliers - producers of machines and equipments
Create lay out of production lines and working stations
Implementation of new amchines and equipments in the production
Release new equipment according to IMMI process
Management of new machines and equipments releasing
Create and update of documentation - FLOW Chart, PFMEA, CP
Process Change Management - cooperation with all departments
Cooperate to define root cause and corrective actions in case quality problem (internal, external)
Ensure the technical solution of claims to be installed properly and on time
Participate on quality KPIs fulfilment
Cooperate with maintenance department
