Job description, responsibilities and duties
Would you like to work in a team supporting multinational customers? If you are experienced in SCCM, we have an open position for a dedicated IT Operations Specialist for one of our clients, where you will be able to meet your potential and deliver high quality work.
Your tasks will be:
• Microsoft SCCM on senior level (managing clients, packages, task-sequences, support, housekeeping)
• Client patch management with WSUS/SCCM
• AD/GPO (creating and managing GPOs, housekeeping)
• Handling incident/service request (2nd and 3rd level tickets); change management
Requirements:
• ITIL
• KMS Server, Fileserver, DNS, DHCP knowledge
• SCCM knowledge
• German is advantage
• Optional: Citrix, Software Packaging – RayPack; App-V knowledge; AirWatch Basis; MC Afee EPO basis knowledge
