Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you experienced ICT Engineer? Are you ready to new challenges? We are currently looking for our top IT client the position of Senior ICT Engineer. You will be responsible for planing, implementing and maintaining a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform 3rd Level Support - ITIL methodology
- Provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s.
- Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations
- Restore normal service operation in case of Incident to fulfill SLA/OLA
- Investigate the root cause of incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
- Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority
- Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure
- Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science
- Experienced as ICT Engineer (more than 5 years)
- English language - active, German language - advantage
- Expert knowledge and experience with ICT environment verified by professional level certification exams preferably from multiple vendors
- ITIL knowledge
- Project management (Basic knowledge)
- Financial literacy
