Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Paint Process and Project Leader.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership and development of a team of: Project and Process Engineers / Support Engineers. Personal development lead for all Engineers
- Owner of Control & Reactions Plans and associated paperwork. Support development, successful implementation and ongoing compliance / improvement of MQOS (Manufacturing Quality Operating Standard) / ISR procedures and systems
- Investigate, manage and deliver improvements in the following: Processes & procedures, Materials and consumables, Technologies, Cost and productivity
- Provide technical and process support to manufacturing
- Support line trials and permanent process changes
- Work closely with Paint New Model Launch department to understand future model and process requirements and implication and ensure manufacturing requirements are considered
- New model, New project and New colour introductions
- Drive improvement in paint appearance, colour harmony and film build consistency
- Attend AME facility meetings as required to ensure manufacturing requirements are met
- Review and concurrence of QPS (Quality process sheet) and WES (work element sheet) on a calendarised basis
- Show & Press car delivery (Paint)
- Manage and drive FTT (First Time Through) & OPR (Operational Process Reliability) projects using problem resolution tools for report / action including
- Lead facility upgrade strategy planning / justification
- Manage material suppliers including service team in terms of delivery, improvements quality /cost
