Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Manages and coordinates the activity of the external Public Relations Agency
• Communicates with the HQs abroad regarding communication plans and respective policies
• Organises and coordinates internal & external events – Event Management from planning to implementation
• Prepares, edits and reviews publications (advertorials, press releases, articles, newsletters etc.) and monitors publicity
• Communicates with journalists answering their requests providing them with the appropriate material
• Manages the advertising material of the company (brochures, posters, invitations, leaflets etc.), directed to end clients and third parties, through close cooperation with the advertising agency
• Prepares the annual marketing budget and marketing & communication plan and, after approval ensures its proper implementation
• Updates the website according to the HQs’ guidelines and ensures its proper content and look
• Selects gifts for clients and other stakeholders for merchandising and PR purposes
• Ensures Clients Satisfaction through regularly conducted survey
• Coordinates and manages the Office support admin
