On behalf of our client, an international technology services company with a new office in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Technical Support Specialists with Slovak and English.
Main Responsibilities:
Level 1 Technical Support Specialist provides technical support for their client's (world biggest computer technology company) basic support customers. Diagnosing computer trouble by telephone, or remote help customers to solve the hardware and software problems.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
Slovak - Advanced (C1) or English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Business correspondence - Advanced
Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
· Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage
· Very knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Positive and open-minded attitude
Fluent command of Slovak and English
