Job description, responsibilities and duties
• You will be helping the top data-rich companies in our region to grow their direct & online marketing and improving customer experience using the most progressive customer data platform and marketing automation tools (mainly Bloomreach )
• What will be your daily duties:
• Customer/prospect data analysis from hard/soft data or web/mob app insight.
• Preparation and setup of real-time/batch automated marketing campaigns, preparation and application of predictions and recommendation modules and at the end of course – measurement and evaluation of customer activities.
• Lead structured discussions with customers to map and understand their business processes in detail.
• Analyze and comprehend the client's product structure to propose tailored solutions.
• Provide strategic consulting on setting up and running marketing or operational campaigns.
• Design efficient data storage structures within system constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops to stakeholders and management.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Personality requirements and skills
For your work you will need:
• 4+ years of CRM/data analytics hands on experience (e-commerce, finance, telco, gaming...)
• Experience with online and direct marketing is an advantage
• Experience with definition of lead management and preparation of customer journeys
• Close cooperation with marketing and IT/Integration team
• Advanced knowledge of customer data platform/marketing automation in Bloomreach
• Knowledge of one of these tools is a plus however not a requirement: Adobe Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / HCL Unica (Campaign, Interact, Marketing Operations); Acoustic; SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Realtime Decision Manager)
• Hands-on experience with CSS, HTML and JavaScript for online marketing campaigns and web personalization is advantage
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Understanding of advanced data analytics
• Analytical thinking, well organized, consulting spirit, willingness to learn
• Written and spoken professional English
• Must love analytics, data and direct marketing
