Job description, responsibilities and duties

• You will be working as Power BI Developer t on leading enterprise-level projects in the Banking and Financial Services industries.
• Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. 
• The job will offer you opportunities to participate in international projects in Central and South-Eastern Europe (job locations Slovakia).

Personality requirements and skills


For your work you will need:

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience in data warehouse development as a BI developer using Microsoft Power BI, with at least 2 years at an administrative level with this tool
  2. Expert experience with SQL, Microsoft TOLAP, Microsoft SQL Server, and its optimization;
  3. Hands-on experience in development Power BI solutions - advanced knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power BI Service.
  4. Experience with tasks related to the design and implementation of a BI solution for a project involving the creation of a data warehouse in the role of a BI specialist.
  5. Hans on experience withSQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
  6. Working experience with metadata tools (PowerDesigner, BI Architect, ...) is an asset
  7. Data modelling expertise
  8. Analytical thinking, well organized, consulting spirit, willingness to learn
  9. Very good English language skills
  10. This position requires also knowledge of Slovak or Czech language
  11. Enjoying working with data
