• Ensuring IT support within the entrusted location
• Installation and configuration of laptops
• Solving HW problems, including complaints
• Internet connection management, communication with the ISP helpdesk
• User training
• Print and file server administration, printer management
• Data backup
• Management of user accounts
• Installation and management of servers (including virtual ones)
• Communication with external suppliers of services and products
• Keeping IT records
