At the beginning you will be assigned to one of our skilled senior scrum master, working on a real life project for real life customers – no made up assignments or home works. Our team delivered numerous successes in application of innovative technologies.
Your primary duties will be:
• Provide Agile coaching & leadership to the team members to embed the Agile values and practices
• Develop Agile teams as a self-organized team that is responsible and accountable for delivering business value
• Facilitate ceremonies, advisory support in selected product streams and maintaining them in performing stage of agile team lifecycle
• Supporting Product owners, leads, co-leads and encourage them to agile maturity
• Collaboration with other program scrum masters to strengthen teams in a creative environment, updating delivery timelines, reporting agile metrics in sprint reports
• Creating a functional cross-department cooperation with various agile teams
