Solution IT Architect (lead management)

Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you like working with data and are you interested in integrating non-homogenous systems? You will work on a real life project for actual customers from the start – no made up assignments or home works. Examples of projects you will be working on:
• Implementation and integration of lead management solutions (tracking activities via various channels, real-time calculation of next best action recommended to the customer, incorporation of propensity and other prediction models, etc.)
• Configuration of cloud, on-premise and hybrid solution for communications management
• Implementation and configuration of solutions for customers retargeting though proprietary applications (CRMs, ...) and online channels (i.e. Facebook, ...)
• Implementation and configuration of solutions for real-time data integrations

Your primary duties will be:
• Preparation of solution architecture and designs, incl. daily contact with customer’s teams
• Prototyping of solutions, testing various prototypes, daily contact with developers, even occasional development itself
• Configuring cloud solutions, assisting business analysts and users
• Test strategies and test cases preparations
