About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to lead maintenance activities in our Trebišov plant during a phase of rapid growth and equipment expansion.
This is not a desk-based role – you will spend most of your time on the shop floor, solving technical problems, supporting production, and developing a reliable maintenance function.
You will play a key role in equipment transfers, installations, and building local technical capability.
Key responsibilities
Lead daily maintenance activities and priorities based on production needs
Actively support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and process issues
Provide hands-on support during breakdowns and critical situations
Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Support machine installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up
Manage machine transfers from other sites (installation, alignment, start-up)
Build and develop a skilled maintenance team (coaching, mentoring)
Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support TPM initiatives
Maintain spare parts, technical documentation, and CMMSdata
Ensure safe working practices and compliance (LOTO, risk assessments)
Manage maintenance costs, contractors, and repair vs. replacement decisions

Ability to work both on the shop floor and in a coordination role
Practical, problem-solving mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with machine installation or relocation
Knowledge of TPM / preventive maintenance
Experience with CMMS systems
Background in packaging, printing, plastics, or process industry
