Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- direct communication to customer: establishing good working relationship with customer, working as the window to face customer when get customer´s complaint, quickly responding to customer.
- delivery the right information in customer side to colleagues in China, push the improved actions from China
- negotiate and refuse the unreasonable requirement from customer
- control and monitor the sorting in CP warehouse and customer side
- reduce the sorting cost and scrapping cost during the sorting
- based in Dunajská Streda with time to time travel around Europe based on project location and need (especially Germany, Czech republic, Hungary and Slovak republic)
- work on freelance contract
- full time work schedule
- suitable for graduates
- limited for 1 year with possibility to prolonging
WE REQUIRE:
- at least 1 year working experience in Automotive industry
- languages: English fluent, German and Chinese is advantage
- be familiar with the 8D report
- outgoing character, open mind, willing to work hard
- communicativeness, flexibility and independency
- willingness to the frequency business trips
- high school diploma or university degree
WE OFFER:
- remuneration: 1,600 – 2,400EUR
- freelancer and contractor (work on IČO)
