Job
- Recruitment
- Understand labor law and social insurance policy, be familiar with legal on-board and resignation formalities
- Search outsourcing manpower resources to fully support business operations
- office services (mails, communications, support, dealing with gov authorities etc.)
- Handle admin affairs and office affairs
- keeping and updating record books, statements, reports etc.
- supporting international colleagues
- dealing with suppliers, especially with HR agencies
- Workplace: Slovak
We require
- high school
- Slovak - fluent
- English - advanced
- communicative and flexibility
- loyalty, reliability and diligence
- PC skills (MS Office - especially Excel and Outlook)
Advantage can be
- German/Chinese/Russian/ Korean language
- similar position experience
- accounting/HR knowledge
- independence and proactivity
- driving licence B, active driver
