We are currently recruiting for a position of a Reservation Agent (student) to join our outstanding team. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and open-minded Colleague....our next HEARTIST®

You will be responsible for taking individual reservations and play an important role in maximising room’s revenue for the hotel using basic yield management practices. To ensure this, You should be able to develop and maintain a high level of communication with all sources of business.
This role reports to our Reservations Supervisor and involves taking telephone calls and assisting callers with their questions and requests, checking availability, sending confirmations and entering guests’ details into the OPERA & TARS computer system. You will also offer full information about the hotel's services and facilities as well as general information about the local area.

If You are a fluent and accurate communicator, competent Microsoft Office user, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work, who wants to join a group of supportive, enabling, collaborative and empathetic colleagues - this is the role, that will suit You :)
