DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to drive agile delivery across international projects? Join Accenture and help empower teams to deliver high-quality software solutions through agile collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll work with skilled professionals on projects mainly from German-speaking markets, applying agile principles at scale within dynamic, global environments.

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Establish and maintain Scrum practices and agile frameworks across software development projects.

• Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders to enhance their understanding and adoption of agile methodologies.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure effective collaboration and delivery.

• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus and productivity.

• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and project stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software delivery environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and software development life cycles.

• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.

• English language - (C1)

• German language - (C1)

• Slovak language - (C1/C2)

• Willingness to work either from our Bratislava or Kosice office (at least 3x per week) and to go on business trips within Europe

• A proactive mindset with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide cross-functional teams toward success.

Salary
1 610 - 2 860 EUR/monthCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1610€ - 2860€
