M365 Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled M365 Support Engineer to operate at L2 and L3 levels on project for our clients. You will be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 services, responsible for advanced incident resolution, service configuration, tenant governance, and identity management via Microsoft Entra ID. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and end-user teams to maintain a reliable, secure, and well-governed M365 environment.

• Manage L2/L3 M365 incident resolution, including escalations, RCA activities, and SLA‑driven service recovery
• Administer and troubleshoot core M365 services across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Defender
• Oversee Entra ID identity operations, Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, hybrid identity sync, and application SSO configurations
• Strengthen tenant security and compliance through Purview policies, threat response, and continuous Secure Score improvements
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Graph API while contributing to governance and lifecycle standards
• Support tenant optimization through licensing reviews, roadmap evaluation, and structured change communication

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in M365 administration and support, with significant L2/L3 exposure
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in a hybrid or cloud-only environment
• Demonstrable experience handling identity-related incidents (account compromise, MFA bypass, sync issues)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tooling
• Solid understanding of email security fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

Nice to have:
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Power BI for reporting or workflow automation
• Microsoft certifications such as: MS-102, MS-700, AZ-104, SC-200, SC-300

Salary
1 430 - 3 150 EUR/monthCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Analyst : 1430€ - 2890€
Senior Analyst : 1610€ - 3150€
