Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer with German

You’ll work on tenant health assessments, performance optimization, and actionable recommendations that help organizations get the most value from Microsoft 365.

• Assess and optimize the health and performance of Microsoft 365 tenants across apps and different services
• Analyze and improve Microsoft 365 Apps (Teams, Outlook, Office) to enhance reliability and user experience
• Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads and recommend connectivity best practices
• Analyze usage and adoption data to identify gaps and drive engagement improvements
• Provide guidance on governance, compliance, and operational processes for Microsoft 365 environments
• Deliver clear customer-facing documentation with findings, risks, and recommended actions

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Solid understanding of network connectivity and performance for cloud services
• Experience with tenant health monitoring, security, compliance, and usage analytics
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer-facing skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

Salary
1 610 - 4 050 EUR/monthCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Senior Analyst : 1610€ - 3150€
Specialist : 2050€ - 4050€
