Procurement Practice Specialist with Polish

This position can be done fully remotely within Slovakia or in a hybrid model (once a week in the office in Bratislava).

• University Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT procurement experience (sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management).
• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution with demonstrated success negotiating purchasing agreements.
• Advanced English and Polish (B2+) language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage multi-phase initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills including stakeholder management, relationship building, and formal presentation abilities, adaptable to diverse corporate cultures and organizational structures.
• Proactive, customer-focused team player who is forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while embracing continuous learning and delivering strong results.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced German (B2+).

Salary
2 300 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 300 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
