Junior IT Business Analyst

• Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Assist with translating business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
• Participate in system configuration and parameterization under guidance.
• Help maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to communication between clients, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Assist with basic user research, usability feedback sessions, and preparation of wireframes or simple prototypes.
• Gain exposure to business process modeling and IT system integration.

• University degree (preferably Technology, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field).
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT, business analysis, process mapping, or software delivery (internships or part-time roles welcome).
• Advanced English language (B2+) and native Slovak (C2) language skills.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn requirements elicitation, documentation techniques, and process modeling.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in a structured learning environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.

• Basic knowledge of German (B1/B2).
• Familiarity with UML/BPMN, SQL.
