AI Adoption Consultant with German

• Participate in AI adoption workshops and learn how to deliver practical guidance to clients
• Help assess organizational readiness and identify high-impact use cases for AI
• Support the creation of actionable adoption plans and learn to manage change initiatives
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to build networks of champions and managers
• Track adoption metrics, analyze progress, and learn to report results
• Gain experience in addressing resistance and promoting responsible, safe use of AI

• up to 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation or change enablement
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption is a plus
• Interest in stakeholder engagement and communications
• Willingness to learn about AI transformation and skilling
• Openness to working with Prosci or similar frameworks
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English and German language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

Nice to have:
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification
• Microsoft Copilot credentials

Salary
2 750 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2750€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
