Join our team as an IT Support Specialist and become a key player in supporting and optimizing Microsoft Azure environments for our clients. You’ll be at the forefront of technical troubleshooting, user support, and process orchestration, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Analyze and resolve technical issues within the MS Azure environment, taking responsibility for the administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of cloud services and infrastructure
• Resolve simple and medium complexity IT incidents efficiently
• Manage, distribute, and escalate incidents to appropriate support groups
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming helpdesk calls, providing timely and professional support to client business users
• Deliver IT services, user training, and support to client employees
• Communicate effectively with affected users, business groups, and technical teams to orchestrate solutions

• Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist or System Administrator
• Solid understanding of general IT infrastructure
• Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments
• Communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to deepen your cloud expertise
• Fluent German and English language skills
Nice to have:
• Microsoft certifications such as: AZ-900, AZ-104
• Solid understanding of general IT infrastructure
• Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments
• Communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to deepen your cloud expertise
• Fluent German and English language skills

Salary
2 000 - 3 000 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2000€ to 3000€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
