Scrum Master
POSITION
DESCRIPTION
Join Accenture and help empower teams to deliver high-quality software solutions through agile collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll work with skilled professionals on projects mainly from German-speaking markets, applying agile principles at scale within dynamic, global environments.
WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders to enhance their understanding and adoption of agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and project stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.
WHAT WE
EXPECT
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and software development life cycles.
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• English proficiency (B2–C1); German language skills are an advantage.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide cross-functional teams toward success.

2 000 - 3 000 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2000 € to 3000€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
