As a Senior Pega Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, enhancing, and maintaining a mission-critical application supporting the client’s Lending Value Chain. Working in an agile setup, you’ll ensure the technical excellence, scalability, and long-term sustainability of a platform central to the client’s Digital Ambition Strategy.

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced Pega workflows and system components
• Evaluate and refine existing system architecture, ensuring maintainability and performance
• Identify and resolve technical gaps, undocumented logic, and system bottlenecks
• Drive code quality and standards, overseeing development practices and reviews
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to align business and technical goals
• Integrate with enterprise services through Kafka, REST, and SOAP APIs
• Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and support knowledge transfer across teams
• Actively contribute to agile processes and continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• 5+ years of professional experience in Pega development or low-code enterprise platforms
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required; Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is highly valued
• Experience with Constellation-based development and enterprise modular reuse patterns is a strong advantage
• Hands-on expertise with Kafka, REST API integrations, and SOAP
• Proficient in data modeling, XML (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath), and UML
• Solid knowledge of BPM concepts, agile delivery, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
• English proficiency (B2–C1); German language is an advantage
• A technically driven professional who takes ownership, mentors others, and ensures delivery quality at scale

Salary
2 750 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2750€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
