We are seeking a skilled SAP VIM Consultant to join our growing SAP Finance team. In this role, you’ll drive the implementation and optimization of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions, helping global clients streamline AP processes, reduce cycle times, and improve compliance.

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Design, configure, and implement SAP VIM solutions tailored to invoice and document processing needs
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to capture business requirements and deliver scalable VIM solutions
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Support VIM upgrades, enhancements, and resolve incidents or process gaps
Optimize workflows by integrating SAP VIM with tools like OCR, ArchiveLink, and SAP Workflow
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to capture business requirements and deliver scalable VIM solutions
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Support VIM upgrades, enhancements, and resolve incidents or process gaps

WHAT WE
EXPECT
Experience implementing or supporting OpenText VIM in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, invoice automation, and procure-to-pay processes
Familiarity with OCR tools (e.g., OpenText ICC, Business Center) is a plus
Understanding of SAP Workflow, ArchiveLink, and document management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

2 000 - 4 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 2000€ up to 4 600€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
