Junior Technical Support Specialist with German (all genders)

Our daily job is focused primary on Incident, Problem and Change Management tasks regarding various enterprise software systems, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce.com and many more depends on project and our clients. Our teams perform the pre-investigations, communicates with the affected users, business groups, technical teams and orchestrates the solutions.karolina.cechova
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support the customers by analyzing technical issues including problems in application functionalities and participate in investigation and resolution of problems
• Handle all incoming helpdesk calls from the Client business, being the prime contact for customer enquiries.
• To answer incoming calls in the required time
• Distribution and management of incidents to other support level groups
• Resolution of simple and medium IT incidents
• Providing IT services, user training and support to client´s employees

• German and English language on communicative level (B2 and above)
• Experience in Technical Support, programming or System Administration are welcome but not necessary
• Broad understanding of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills

Salary
From 1 350 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 350 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
