If you are an experienced Technical Service Manager and you are looking for new challenge in your career we invite you to join our Accenture team in Slovakia to work as part of a worldwide team of experts. Technical Service Manager is a critical role who acts as a trusted advisor in the safeguarding and optimization of customers. Technical Service Manager governs customer relationship management from a technical perspective to provide quality services and resolve technical complexities.​

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Primary contact for the customer regarding technology discussions
• Escalation point for technical issues for the customer landscape
• Understand the customer business, goals and challenges to suggest solutions/innovations
• Advise customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations
• Identifies and positions services that deliver value to customer
• Work with internal ECS delivery units to derive the services requested by the customer.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Solid know how on SAP BASIS, HANA, and Infrastructure
• Understanding of private cloud environment & technologies (eg: hyperscalers, etc)
• Strong customer service focus
• Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Advanced English; advanced German is an advantage
• Should be able to own, lead and co-ordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, etc.
• Understanding on network and load balancers
• Able to articulate technical details to non-technical audience

Salary
From 1 800 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1800 € to 3000 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
