Administrative & Reception Coordinator (part-time for students)

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
There will never be a typical day at Accenture, that´s why people love it here.
In our reception desk in Bratislava (BBC Plynarenska) you will:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to the desired phone number
• Handle incoming and outcoming mail according to Physical mail procedure
• Ensure security procedure and policy by entering office premises
• Perform other administrative duties
• Act as a Facilities Coordinator
• Support all facility related issues
• Provide general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.
• Greet visitors and guests, Coordinate space, catering and equipment related tasks with external service providers according to local guidelines.
• Process workspace and conference space requests
• Perform administrative duties

WHAT WE
EXPECT
• Good customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent Slovak language and good English language
• Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Flexibility – availability of working hours (20hours/week)

WHAT WE

Salary
5,5 EUR/hourAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal minimum gross base pay ranges from 5,50 € per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
