Infrastructure Engineering platform is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating infrastructure solutions interconnecting, protecting, and managing the client network.

• Responsibility for Telecommunication Products: As a Supplier (Carrier) Management expert, you are responsible for managing and optimizing telecommunication products (data, voice, and internet) globally.
• Evaluation and Integration of Carrier and Partner Offers: You evaluate carrier and partner offers and integrate them into existing solutions to increase efficiency and value for the company.
• Management of Telecommunication Service Providers: You are responsible for relationship management and service delivery of telecommunication service providers.
• Technical Responsibility for Carrier Contracts: You take on the technical responsibility for contracts with carriers in the data domain and ensure they meet the company's requirements.
• Strategy, Planning, and Development of Suppliers and Service Providers: You develop and communicate strategies for selecting, developing, and managing suppliers and service providers in the field of telecommunication.
• Strategic Procurement: You are responsible for the strategic procurement of the telecommunication product group and manage non-standard operational procurement (ordering, invoice verification, reporting).
• Consulting and Support Services: You provide consulting and support services, particularly in the areas of presales and sales, and assist with the coordination of managed services.
• Work for All Data Center & Office Locations: You are responsible for supporting all data center and office locations with respect to carrier requirements.
• Ordering of Services: You order national and international telecommunication services from carriers and oversee their implementation (Tracking).
• Upgrading of Existing Connections: You are responsible for optimizing and expanding existing connections to improve network performance and efficiency. In alignment with the technical SME.
• Site Inspections with Carriers: You conduct site inspections together with carriers to assess project feasibility and identify potential risks early on.

• Supplier/Carrier management experience in maintaining an engaged and motivated team.
• Successfully leading Service (Supplier/Carrier) Management in a complex environment is desired.
• Experience and passion for technology, and potential for positive impact on our client
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in an IT service environment.
• Have 4-8 years of general knowledge of IT surrounding technologies. A certificate for any of the platforms or methodologies is desired.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management knowledge (ITIL v3 or ITIL4 Foundation certifications)
• Have good verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical communications.
• Communicative and social skills, ability to work in a team
• German language (B2+) is a must.

Salary
From 1 800 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 800 €. Base salary is likely to be higher depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
