POSITION
DESCRIPTION

You support a global defense technology Client by facilitating their purchasing processes and making sure they adhere to regulations and policies. You interface directly with Client employees, including those responsible for Direct and Indirect categories procurement. You will work with client via phone, email or live chat. You help them to save a considerable time and energy to buy whatever they might need. You may be involved in the enablement and contact to the Client s suppliers.

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• You will have active daily communication with suppliers and requestors – Email/Phone in English and German language
• You will check the quality of Pre-requisition and clarify the purchase need with German team
• Based on business clarification you will send request for quotation, negotiate price and payment terms with supplier mainly in Germany
• You will review automatically created orders and proceed with quality check
• You will transform pre-requisition into PO in SAP system
• You will be responsible for Order acknowledgement and delivery date tracking/Reminders in the system
• You will proceed with Invoice exceptions/clarification with business
• You will be responsible for new Vendor onboarding, Master Data Maintenance and Update of inventory Data
• You will update Export control data
• You will provide data of your activities for reporting or preparing simple reports if requested

Salary
1 450 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 450 €, depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
