POSITION
DESCRIPTION
You support a global defense technology Client by facilitating their purchasing processes and making sure they adhere to regulations and policies. You interface directly with Client employees, including those responsible for Direct and Indirect categories procurement. You will work with client via phone, email or live chat. You help them to save a considerable time and energy to buy whatever they might need. You may be involved in the enablement and contact to the Client s suppliers.
WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Deliver procurement and category management services including, strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, and supplier performance management.
• Support with tactical buying procedures
• Client and supplier support with clarifications
• Order confirmation maintenance check mailbox for emails with order confirmations and update data in SAP, such as delivery date, price, quantity
• Missing order confirmation reminder go through a list of missing order confirmations and send reminders to suppliers via SAP
• Missing delivery date reminder go through a list of missing delivery dates and send reminders to suppliers via SAP
• Taking inbound calls from suppliers and support with order related inquiries

Salary
1 200 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 200 €, depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
