WHAT WILL
YOU DO

The Junior HR Partner supports employee cycle activities related to onboarding, induction training, exit management and has responsibility for the area of leave of absence management theme in our company. New colleague will be supporting and coaching employees and line managers in the mentioned areas, will collaborate with other teams to provide advisory support, handle employee questions, concerns and queries.

• Execute key HR processes within Field HR, employee relations topics, leave of absence, integration of new colleagues, exit management, leave of absence management and legislation compliance. Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and manage escalation of all activities in assigned business area/s.
• Manage Employee Relations by addressing queries or concerns and as necessary coach, coordinate.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• University degree
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in HR, employee relationships, client-oriented type of work
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality
• Good Knowledge of Slovak employment law
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and communication skills
