Learning and Development Coordinator

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Plan and coordinate training activities for local as well as regional employees
• Establish and maintain relationship with Business Leads and serve as point of contact in Learning & Development matters for given portfolio
• Close cooperation with Learning colleagues from other countries and other HR Departments
• Support implementation of Global Learning strategies into local context
• Drive continuous innovation within the Learning team and HR organization
• Propose and design accurate development solutions based on defined needs
• Participate on Training curriculum creation covering learning priorities for specific business areas
• Administration tasks associated with Learning coordination and reporting

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Understand and have solid overview of Learning and Development area
• Reliability, Attention to details, Strong Communication skills, Fluent in English and Slovak, Common sense
• University degree
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent Slovak and English language

Salary
2 200 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 200 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
