  • Country Recruiting Lead is responsible for the end to end recruitment delivery, fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders up to Accenture leadership level, while managing the recruitment team for all Accenture’s business entities in Czech republic
  • Define and set the strategy for meeting the recruiting targets for a large, complex organization in coordination with the Market Unit (MU) Recruiting and ensure that it is in line with the company’s business strategy
  • Manage the research of external marketplace/industry trends and provide external marketplace analysis to the MU Recruiting, recruiting team and stakeholder group
  • Oversee recruitment and sourcing budget. Ensure that hiring processes are cost and time effective, recommend and implement process improvements including automations and operational excellence
  • Lead recruitment team of about 30+ recruitment professionals who are responsible for profile development / management, sourcing / marketing, assessment, confirming and selling phases of the recruitment process
  • Facilitate teamwork and engagement, identify issues affecting team progress and recommend solutions, coordinate workload
  • Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the recruitment team
  • Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment


104 000 Kč/mesiacAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 104 000 CZK depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.


  • University degree
  • 7+ years of relevant recruitment experience in a senior leadership facing role
  • Excellent knowledge of Recruitment core concepts and best practices
  • Fluency in English language
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)

  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the latest recruitment, sourcing and recruitment marketing trends including social media, automation and artificial intelligence
  • Understanding of the local recruiting market including trend and external marketplace analysis experience
  • Strong budgeting management skills
