WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Generic Responsibilities
• Understands Global Services area needs and priorities, strategy, objectives, and opportunities
• Good understanding of relevant company policies
• Enhance subject-matter expertise in the concerned support area
• Act as a POC and escalation point for the support area
• Understand, suggest, and encourage process improvements in the support area
• Collaborate with tech teams in development of new tool or enhancement of existing ones
• Create checklists and other process documents
• Represent GLN; directly liaison with internal stakeholders on various issues
• Supervise the management of SharePoint and communication records
• Identify and drive trainings for the team for upskilling and professional development
• Support implementation of new initiatives in Global Services support area or within Legal/GLN
• Build credible and effective relationships with onshore counsels and within GLN team
• Drive recruitment efforts for the team
• Effectively manage direct reports and any assigned team; quick conflict resolution
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of the team
• Provide individuals with positive and developmental feedback
• Drive Talent Discussions for the assigned team/team members
• Proactively try to ‘give back’ to GLN/Legal.

Specific Responsibilities aligned to Role
• Support the Business as a strategic partner and trusted adviser to enable growth of the Business.
• Take on assignments as required by designated industry functions, AAI Business/Legal Leads, and develop strong relationships with the Business and within the AAI legal team and broader Global Services Legal organization.
• Conduct legal assessments of products and services, including identifying risks and related risk mitigation strategies (contractual, operational, technical).
• Work with the Business to identify, manage and mitigate risks, comply with laws and company policies, and undertake ethical considerations in its endeavors.
• Advise on data management issues and responsible use of data for products and services, including artificial intelligence or machine learning technology.
• Develop clear communication messages, guidance, templates and trainings regarding the products and services and related use of data for sales and go to market teams, development teams, and technical teams.
• Independently handle the communication with internal clients, business teams and stakeholders on various legal matters such as Open Source Governance, NDAs, Evaluation, Data sourcing, Sponsorship, and Vendor Agreements, etc. Work with Accenture’s regulatory and compliance counsel to synthesize and apply regulatory and compliance advice, including future-looking projections of any anticipated regulatory changes potentially impacting the business;
• Execute tasks with autonomy and good judgement, independently providing effective solutions to encountered complexities and providing error-free work results.
• Coordinate & perform research of laws and regulations or technical aspects applicable to assigned requests.
• Lead specific ad-hoc projects, coordinating team members and aligning with other areas.

• Build trust-based relationships by delivering on commitments

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum of 7 years of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
• Travel may be required
• Fluency in English (and other language, depending on geography supported) with strong oral and written communication skills.

2 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 600 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
