WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Generic Responsibilities
Understands Global Services Legal area needs and priorities, strategy, objectives, and opportunities
• Good understanding of relevant company policies
• Enhance subject-matter expertise in the concerned support area
• Act as a POC and escalation point for the support area
• Understand, suggest, and encourage process improvements in the support area
• Collaborate with tech teams in development of new tool or enhancement of existing ones
• Create checklists and other process documents
• Represent GLN; directly liaison with internal stakeholders on various issues
• Supervise the management of SharePoint and communication records
• Identify and drive trainings for the team for upskilling and professional development
• Support implementation of new initiatives in Global Services Legal support area or within Legal/GLN
• Build credible and effective relationships with onshore counsels and within GLN team
• Drive recruitment efforts for the team
• Effectively manage direct reports and any assigned team; quick conflict resolution
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of the team
• Provide individuals with positive and developmental feedback
• Drive Talent Discussions for the assigned team/team members
• Proactively try to ‘give back’ to GLN/Legal.
Specific Responsibilities aligned to Role
• Offering/Asset Investigation:
o Single point of contact to gather use case information from Business
o Risk spotting (with oversight/input from on shore resources for guardrails & guidance)
o Template / enablement guidance preparation
o Coordination with technical asset horizontal resources to facilitate OSS, ECATT, Provenance / Vendor contract reviews (assuming these are part of the horizontal; if not, these will be undertaken by the resource)
• Support to Clean Teams:
o Protocol Audits
o Training / onboarding to new team members
o Exit / offboarding reviews
• Post cutover SME support / FPOC for to “low risk” acquisition capabilities

WHAT WE
EXPECT
• Bachelors degree in Law
• Minimum of 6 of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing, with a preference for prior experience advising on the development, launch, and ongoing operation of product and service offerings (including ‘as-a-Service’ offerings).
• Fluency in English (and other language, depending on geography supported) with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Pragmatic and practical in their approach to advising and delivering legal support;
• A good communicator and well organized; and
• Candidates should have demonstrated interest in, industry awareness or prior knowledge of key Industry X technologies, such as digital manufacturing, digital twins, Internet of Things/edge computing, cloud computing, embedded systems, and artificial intelligence.
• Candidates will ideally also have experience with one or more of:
o Risk identification, analysis, and management relating to product design & engineering, and/or operational technology, as distinct from information technology consulting;
o Product liability in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer contexts;
o Applicable regulatory landscapes and their effect on product and service qualification, development & launch (e.g., for hardware, embedded systems, and/or software);
o Drafting and negotiation of client and supplier agreements, including understanding of intellectual property, data privacy and data protection issues; and
o Developing trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Knowledge/Experience in offering reviews & product counsel support, agreement drafting, review and negotiation, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Demonstrate very good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate autonomy, take ownership, and drive tasks to closure
• Demonstrate promptness, accuracy and consistency with the activities supported
• Detail-oriented, sound judgement, and flexible

2 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 600 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
