• Ensure the SCRUM team is fully functional, productive and improving its quality
• Shield the SCRUM team from distractions and help remove impediments
• Close communication and cooperation with project team and stakeholders to ensure agile methodologies in project delivery are followed
• Educate team members and also other stakeholders in SCRUM process if necessary

• Experience with agile methodologies in Project Management, especially as a SCRUM Master
• Understanding of SW development specifics on agile projects
• Advanced English, German nice to have

Salary
1 600 - 2 400 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 600 € to 2 400 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
